[She's still quite in the throws of this strange death toll. She has lifted her head up only so much to check on certain people, or to be bothered by others. Mostly though she has been prone with the Emperor her companion in this unnatural agony.

However, this is a blow added to her intense discomforts. The timing is such that he may as well have come and kicked her while she was down. But she has been pretending with her voice perfectly well that she's coping, even if she can't much bring her body to play along with her for very long. She'll pretend again.]
